  • To be guided by international human rights principles, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including the International Bill of Rights, the International Labor Organization's 1998 Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the United Nations Global Compact, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights To act in accordance with human rights in our relations with our employees, suppliers and business partners and to encourage them to be sensitive in this regard
  • Conduct its business in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all people, in compliance with all legal requirements
  • Providing equal opportunities and treating its employees equally, without discrimination based on religion, language, race, sect, age, color, nationality, social origin and gender
  • Acting on the basis of competence and experience in human resource selection; competence, performance and seniority in remuneration and promotion processes
  • Refusing to accept forced labor
  • Never employing child labor within the organization and raising awareness to ensure that business partners comply with this rule
  • To comply with and fulfill the requirements of the legislation on the protection of personal information of employees, participating companies and other stakeholders

  • To develop regulations in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation and to raise awareness of employees in this regard
