Our company's human resources needs are determined in line with our goals and we aim to employ innovative and open to change candidates who are suitable for the Çahan Digital Printing corporate culture.

  • Candidates who are suitable for the position from the Çahan Digital Printing candidate database are invited for an interview.
  • A preliminary interview is conducted with the invited candidates by the Human Resources Department. After the preliminary interview, if necessary, the candidate is given a technical application and/or foreign language test and examined by the workplace physician.
  • Reference checks are conducted for suitable candidates.
  • The selection process is finalized by making a job offer to the candidates found suitable by the department manager.
  • Candidates other than the selected candidate are stored in the database and will be contacted back.
  • Adaptation of new employees is ensured through orientation and OHS trainings.
